The Onlus Lorenzofacciunogoal was constituited with the initial goal of helping Lorenzo Costantini, 20 year old boy suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, in need of special care in America of the $ 600,000 cost. On 14 July 2014, the date of establishment of the association, began a voluntary and spontaneous collection of funds from the town of Lanciano to touch not only the Abruzzo region and the whole of Italy, but also abroad. In just 12 days, thanks to the popular generosity, the charity manages to reach the amount required by the Hospital of Philadelphia allowing Lorenzo to leave for America. But the goodness and humanity of people have meant that other spontaneous donations arrive even after reaching the initial goal, allowing the non-profit organization to make further donations.
The Onlus Lorenzofacciungoal in two years has made many donations to children, teens , hospitals and medical research ( you can see our donations in "ACTIVITY" - "OUR DONATION" ) . Our mission is to support the less fortunate , organize conferences and support medical research in the hope that the fate of the less fortunate can change.
Our goal is to give a normal life to the sick people.
